3/30 - Private In-Person Class - 1pm - Wilmington, DE

in-person class will consist of a thorough demonstration of the 8 steps of the bread making process.  You will learn the master recipe I use, plus lots of tips and tricks, to make a delicious boule of sourdough.  I will have the dough ready at each step of the process so you can see exactly what needs to be done as well as what the dough should look like at each step.  I will stop throughout the demonstration to answer any questions.  The class will be approximately 2 hours with extra time at the end for questions and feeding your new starter (typically another hour).  Each person will be given fresh starter to feed in class and take home.

For this special Wilmington class please bring your own glass jar (something close in size to a pickle jar or a 16 oz mason jar) or you have the option or purchasing a Weck Jar in class ($6-7). 

Each person will be given a printed packet of steps in order to follow along with everything I'm teaching.  In addition to this you will have the option to purchase my full color 16 page booklet with the same info plus photos.  After the class you will be added to my FB group where you can ask more questions as you begin your sourdough journey.
