PLEASE NOTE: we are considered a "cottage business" and while we maintain a very clean kitchen environment, we are not an allergy free kitchen. Our sourdough starter is dried on silicone mats that are only used for the starter. However, we cannot guarantee no cross contamination with allergens.
DISCLAIMER: Included with your packet are thorough, step by step instructions on how to rehydrate it. We also give extra just incase. Please follow the instructions closely and you should have no issues bringing it back to life. All you need is a little flour, water and time! It may even take less time than stated in the instructions for it to be ready to use. Kitchen temperature and quality of flour all are factors. Each dehydrated starter batch is tested in house before packaging and shipping.
